During the visit of the French President in February, 2013, Technology Development Board (TDB), India and OSEO, France which is now merged in bpifrance, France has entered into an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 14.02.2013 to promote technological innovation collaborations between the companies/organizations and institutions of both India and France.

Some of the main features about this MOU which is about collaborative efforts between the companies of two nations are as under:

• Exchange of information about innovation system and areas of activities.
• Facilitation of relations among companies, organisation and institutions
• Funding of collaborative innovation projects
• Coordinated financial instruments
