Confidentiality and transparency

Confidentiality and transparency in evaluation:

It is important to maintain confidentiality, as each proposal is a commercial proposal. The TDB, to the extent possible, respect the applicant’s apprehensions in disclosing certain vital information on the processes that may impinge upon the confidentiality / patent rights.

In order to have transparency in processing of project proposal, TDB always get the evaluation done by independent eminent domain experts, financial experts etc.
